Goal for term 3 and Term 4

For my goal for term 3 and 4  is that I want to get better at my spelling.  I am going to do this by moving up an essential spelling list.

Simple Sentences

Over the last 2 weeks we have been learning to write simple sentences. Here are 3:

School is cool. 

Children in Room 15 love to do maths.

Kids love to play.

A Moment in Time

I went to the beach close to my house.
I saw seagulls  up over my head .
I heard a motor bike engine starting.
I smelled gas from the motor bikes.
I wished that I could go on a motor bike for a ride.

Tree Art

Last week we have been experimenting about colours.  To make the colours darker and lighter we used white and black paint.  We mixed them on a paper palette.   We drew a tree with no leaves on black paper. When I walked in today I was amazed at how good they look.
