Athletics Practice
This week we did Athletics practice, we practiced high jump. We did it so we knew how to do the scissor kick over the pole. Quotis (ring toss) we learnt how to throw properly. In the l00m run we had to learn where to go. When we went to Long jump we had to learn to jump further. Vortex we had to be in the right pose to make the vortex go further. Shot put we didn't practiced that, I don't know why we didn't practice that one. I really like the 100 metre sprints because I like running.
